G’damn do I love some Left 4 Dead.

And sure, I’m excited for Left 4 Dead 2 in November,  but I’d love to see another adventure with Zoey, Bill and the gang.

Looks like Valve wants to delve into the L4D1 story a bit more as well, as they just announced a new downloadable scenario for the best-selling original, hitting PC’s and XBox 360 this September.

The scenario, titled Crash Course, takes place between the No Mercy and Death Toll campaigns, and based on the poster above, seems to involve a helicopter of some sort.

This is a brand new level, even including new voice work, so fans shouldn’t worry that they’re half assing on the new level.

Crash Course will be downloadable for free for PC users, and cost about $7 for XBox 360 owners when it releases next month.
