If anything, I’d like to think the positive internet buzz about the surreal 2nd UK poster helped here, but the just revealed US theatrical poster for Terry Gilliam’s The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus is actually pretty rad!

Sure, it’s nowhere near as surreal as the UK poster (it would take a lot to beat that), but it certainly gives a feeling unlike anything else at the cinema.  Which, I dare say, given the surreal nature of the film, is very appropriate.

US design team: Well done, I say.

The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus is due in theaters on Christmas Day.
