Breaking news coming out of the X10 press event (a press event being held by Microsoft for forthcoming XBox 360 games) has given us the official release date for Dead Rising 2.

Dead Rising 2, the sequel to the massive zombie fighting game from Capcom which arguably sold some of the first XBox 360’s, will be hitting shelves on August 31st.

Get ready to wreck some zombies this fall!
