Man, USA Today is getting all the exclusives these days!

Today, we have the first official still from the 3D CG/Live Action theatrical version of The Smurfs.

This technically isn’t our first look at the movie, as a horrifying image of Hank Azaria as Gargamel hit the web a bit ago, but it is the first official still of the flick released combining the CG Smurfs (who look pretty much like they did in the ‘toon) with a live action locale.

The initial teaser trailer is supposed to hit the web tomorrow, with it being attached to Toy Story 3 in theaters this weekend.

Personally, I never enjoyed The Smurfs growing up, so I can’t say that I’m looking forward to this (at all), but considering the mixture of talent they gathered together to star in this (Neil Patrick Harris, John Oliver, BJ Novak, etc.) the script has to be decent…right?

The Smurfs is due to hit theaters August 3, 2011.
