Ever since the official reveal of Predators at SXSW earlier this year, I’ve been interested in seeing the so called “rebirth” of the alien hunter franchise.

And now that this new international trailer for the flick has been released, giving us a better taste of the characters, action and setting, I can say I am a total go for July 9th.

While Robert Rodriguez is only the producer, this definitely feels like the type of rip-roaring actioner he’d direct himself, and combining that with a franchise that is, in all honesty, one of my first filmic memories, you have a very excited blogger.

I think I might just need to midnight this one!
