I swear, this isn’t just an excuse for me to post a photo of Emma Stone with Princess Leia hair.

But that is kinda nice, right? Not just me? Or am I officially towing the line of weirdo?

OK, anyway, moving on to the point, Lucasfilm has teamed up with the group called Stand Up To Cancer to put together a series of limited edition t-shirts and auctions all to benefit cancer research.  I’m sure many of you have family members who have been effected by cancer. I know I have family, friends and loved ones who have dealt with it, survived it, and some who succumbed to it.  But I think this is a great way for people to celebrate their nerdiness while donating to a great cause.

A video promoting the effort has been put together, with the aforementioned Ms. Stone, Bill Hader, Aziz Ansari, Andy Samberg, Ed Helms and others, so I thought I’d share that with y’all.
