Welp, its E3 time again, which means the gaming world is announcing all sorts of titles, including those you didn’t expect.

Today’s surprise reveal popped up first at Gamespot, a brand new fighting game for the PlayStation 3, XBox 360 and WiiU…Injustice: Gods Among Us.

Taking the DC Comics universe and turning it on its head, making many of the heroes now stark villains, this fighting game is from NetherRealm Studios, who developed last year’s amazing reboot of Mortal Kombat.

The first reveal trailer is below, and showcases the first glimpse of the roster, including Wonder Woman, The Flash, Superman, Batman, Solomon Grundy and Harley Quinn.  Everyone seems to be in modified versions of their New 52 costumes, as well.

I assume we’ll find out more about the game next week, which appears to be running on a modified Mortal Kombat engine (will that Superman outside of Earth punch be a fatality?).  In the meantime, you can check out Injustice’s official site here. I guess this means I’m officially excited for a game at E3!
