As we learned earlier this week with The Amazing Spider-Man and movies this year like 21 Jump Street, just because its a reboot, doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing.

However, despite early indications that the Colin Ferrell starring relaunch of the Arnold Schwarzenegger classic Total Recall would take some twists and turns that were more similar to the book, it looks like from the newest trailer that the movie will be even more of the same.

Yep, even a 3 boobed alien.

Don’t get me wrong, I realize you can only tell a story in so much a different way before you should just call it something else, but this appears to be the same down to even some wardrobe.  Props to training up from Sharon Stone to Kate Beckinsale, though. Also - I’m always happy to see Brian Cranston get work.

That said, for me, I’m just not drawn in, and probably will wait for Netflix for this one.  What about you? Are you drooling with anticipation for the Total Recall reboot?
