As the premiere creator of high end figures for the best movie properties, it should come as no surprise that Hot Toys is working on a figure of the new version of Peter Parker found in The Amazing Spider-Man.

In only the way they can, Hot Toys has created an amazing collectable figure, with beautiful costuming and screen accurate detail (although it looks like the Andrew Garfield head sculpt still has yet to be approved).  From the sunglass-esq lenses to the shiny spandex and the silver sneakers, every detail is to be found.

As always, the price is high, but for collectors of these figures, the cost should come as no surprise - the figure is available for pre-order today for $205.  A full gallery of photos, along with the press release info, appears below.

Hot Toys Amazing Spider-Man is due to be released in December 2012.
