Just a few weeks ago, I made a declaration on this here site, that we would continue to grow and build blast-o-rama to make it one of the most enjoyable reads on the web. In doing so, I asked you, dear readers, who wanted to join me in making a team of bloggers, to build this site out and really make it something special.

After paring through the many entries, and there were many great ones, that’s for sure, I’ve found five talented writers who I will be bringing onto the team. They all get to start officially this week, but before they introduce themselves, I wanted to introduce them en masse.

  • Chris Kultzow, focusing in the world of collectable toys and video games
  • Chris Pierce, focusing in the world of video games
  • Katherine Hill, focusing in the world of movies, music and other aspects of pop culture
  • Wyatt Funderburk, focusing in the worlds of music, movies and comics
  • Jason Lightner, focusing in the worlds of tech.
Together, I hope that the six of us make for an enjoyable site, six passionate writers working to bring you more of what we love in this world of geek, and highlight some things you haven't seen yet or may have missed.

I think this is the beginning of something special, and I hope you feel the same.

Of note, since this is now spinning out of being just my blog, blast-o-rama now has it’s own Twitter account and Facebook fan page, so please feel free to follow and/or like them, or just stick with our standard RSS feed. Otherwise, stay tuned, it’s gonna get wild in here.
