The buzz is building around The Master, the latest film from director Paul Thomas Anderson.

A movie that is isn’t about Scientology, but never the less looks riveting, the first screening was held last weekend, and the internet has been abuzz for the film, especially the lead roles from Philip Seymour Hoffman, Joaquin Phoenix and Amy Adams.  In fact, the buzz is so good that the release date was pushed up to September 21st, from a previous October date.

Never the less, a new poster has been released for the movie, and it is a hauntingly hypnotic kaleidoscope of the three leads, and just draws the eye in a way unlike most studio posters these days.  What does it say about the film? We’ll know in just over a month.

The Master hits theaters on September 21st, 2012.
