Folks, I think we finally have it - the first ever remake that makes the fans happy.

Ever since it was announced, fans have wrung their hands with worry on the potential of an Evil Dead remake, but the first red band, gore filled trailer is out thanks to IGN, and…it looks really damn good.

It’s an interesting twist on the original, as instead of Bruce Campbell’s Ash as the lead, we have Jane Levy of Suburgatory fame taking the lead, but I think the change helps keep this project feel like its own thing.
