Way back at the beginning of October, comedian/actor/my hero Patton Oswalt went to the web and asked if anyone had a costume of Spider-Man villain Doctor Octopus for sale or trade.

See, his little daughter was going to be dressing up as Spider-Girl for Halloween, and ever the supportive parent, he wanted to dress up alongside her.

I guess it helps to have friends in high places, as, of all people, Mythbusters co-host, special effects artist and all around awesome guy Adam Savage rose to the cause, offering to make Oswalt a costume.
