As with any long running character, be it in comics, TV or film, a character’s look and style get refreshed over the years.  In turn, it’s always very interesting to see all of the changes at once.

Designer Maurice Mitchell has looked back on the classic Man of Steel and given us the above infographic, showcasing 75 years of revisions of the classic Superman logo.

Every variant is represented here, from the classic logo seen in the Christopher Reeve movies, to the original police badge esq versions, even rare variants like the sweet Kingdom Come version or god-awful “electric Superman” variant from the late 90s.
