There is little doubt that after the release of the most recent trailer that Man of Steel has become one of the most anticipated movies of the summer. Fans everywhere are counting down until the film’s June 14th release, but what if we told you that you could see it on Thursday, June 13th at 7pm instead?

That’s what Warner Bros is offering with an exclusive promotion from Walmart.  Starting at 8am on Saturday, May 18th, Walmart will be offering exclusive passes for sale to screenings throughout the United States for the much anticipated Superman  reboot, in both 2D and 3D flavors.  Additionally, those who pre-purchase through Walmart will be able to download an exclusive digital comic book, and even pre-order the Man of Steel Blu-Ray and DVD (with content exclusive to Walmart) in advance.

For all the details, you can head to Walmart’s website today, enter your zipcode, and see what stores you can pick up tickets at - and the respective theaters premiering the film.  Either way, it looks like comic fans everywhere will be getting up early on May 18th.
