This Summer, the third and final part of the “Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy”, The World’s End hits theaters, and after years of rumors, we’re finally starting to piece together the plot.

We’ve known for some time that the film involved a group of friends reuniting for a pub crawl just like the old days (including Shaun/Hot Fuzz stars Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, plus Bilbo Baggins himself, Martin Freeman), where everything goes terribly, horribly wrong.

With this new poster, revealed on director Edgar Wright’s Twitter this morning, clearly, this involves meteors and…dudes with glowy eyes?

All will be unveiled soon enough - a trailer is due later this week.

The World’s End hits the UK on July 19th, with the US release over a month later, on August 23rd.
