Batman: Arkham Origins hasn’t even been released yet, and the producers are already talking about the post game plans.

In an article posted to Eurogamer.net, producer Guillaume Voghel discusses the “Initiation” DLC coming out after the games release, which features you playing as Bruce Wayne as he learns to become a ninja (a’la the opening of Batman Begins).  Additionally, the article discusses the “New Game Plus” mode, which opens up after you complete the game, and “I Am The Night” Mode, which is a super-hard mode, where Batman gets only one life.
