Ever since the DC Comics New 52 hit in 2011, it seems like there are just some characters that fans won’t stop demanding to have come back.

Stephanie Brown - also known as the Spoiler, a one-time Robin, and the last Batgirl of the pre-New 52 universe - is one such character.

After two straight years of demands, DC Comics announced at New York Comic Con that Stephanie would indeed be returning in 2014.

Appearing in the third issue of Batman: Eternal (the forthcoming weekly Batman comic), there’s no word on what she’ll be doing - but given DC’s moves as of late, why do I forsee them killing her off immediately?
