It's buried in a longer interview, but Billboard seems to have gotten a scoop on their hands.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be scored by Pharrell Williams and Hans Zimmer. The two last collaborated on Man of Steel - Pharrell was one of the many drummers brought in by Zimmer to give that score its epic feel. Sounds fun to me!
