Love it or hate it, the Alien-prequel Prometheus did well enough at the box office to bring on a sequel, and according to The Wrap, Ridley Scott is moving full steam head with a second installment.

Prometheus 2 is currently penciled in for a March 2016 release, with a script by Michael Green (Green Lantern), based off of a prior draft by Jack Paglen (Transcendence).

Details are scarce, but word is the movie will be more similar in Alien in tone, and in a part that has me VERY excited, will completely exploit the film’s finest element, by having multiple David androids featured, all played by Michael Fassbender.

If that rumor’s true, that’s $12 bucks confirmed from my pocket.
