New 'Edge of Tomorrow' Trailer Hits, Promising to Repeatedly Kill Tom Cruise
Based off of the Japanese novel All You Need Is Kill, we at Blast-O-Rama have been tracking Edge of Tomorrow as it’s headed to the silver screen from when it was originally optioned.
A future war based version of Groundhog Day, the film stars Tom Cruise as a soldier who dies time and time again during a conflict, returning each time as a better, faster and smarter solider.
What’s really important is how damn badass Emily Blunt appears to be in this film.
Sure, Tom Cruise can have me rolling my eyes, but I’m always game for a high-concept action flick. Color me there for a matinee.
Edge of Tomorrow drops on June 6.
