Here in the United States, we’re 4 days away from the release of the long-awaited Marc Webb Spider-Sequel, The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

It’s been out for just about two weeks around the world, and word-of-mouth has been generally pretty good. Personally, I’m looking forward to seeing it Thursday night (review here on Friday morning).

Anyway - Amazon.com has gotten the pre-order jitters, and is already selling the film, well in advanced of a presumed Fall Blu-Ray release.

That is to say, they’re only currently allowing pre-orders of the Collector’s Edition of the film, which comes in the head of a non-plussed looking Jamie Foxx-styled Electro.

The cost? $150 Goddamned Dollars.

You’re a bolder person than I if you pre-order this, but hey, what better way to terrify children and confuse potential mates than with that eyesore at the top of the post.
