Just now shared over social media, director Guillermo Del Toro has confirmed that Pacific Rim 2 will hit theaters on April 7, 2017.
In the video (above), Del Toro confirms not only will there be a sequel, but leading up to the 2017 release, fans can expect an animated series and comic series.
I CANNOT WAIT.
