Mondo To Release Never Before Sold 'Shaun of the Dead' Score on Vinyl
This weekend marks the first ever MondoCon, a two day celebration of all things nerd culture, in Austin, TX.
Featuring Mondo’s eye for awesome content, not only will there be amazing panels and screenings, but also - naturally - some limited edition swag. I, of course, am very jealous of those who get to go.
Never the less, one of the coolest items was announced yesterday, a limited vinyl release of the score for Shaun of the Dead, as composed by Daniel Mudford & Pete Woodhead.
This marks the first time ever the score has been released, which is a shame, as I’ve felt it’s a rather underrated element in the cult-classic film.
Covered by the artwork by Jock which was also released as a poster, this is sure to be a coveted item for fans of the Cornetto Trilogy.
If you can’t make it to MondoCon, don’t worry, it’ll be available starting October 7 online. The tracklisting appears below.
