Now, that is more like it.

Aired during last night’s episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on ABC here in the states, fans were treated to a new extended clip from Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Shown originally to fans at San Diego Comic Con back in July - and shown again at a Marvel Unlimited event at New York Comic Con earlier this month - the clip shows Steve, Tony, Bruce and the gang enjoying themselves at Avengers Tower, as everyone tries to pick up Mjolnir - Thor’s hammer.

It’s a fun, light scene that provides the witty banter and enjoyable back-and-forth that Joss Whedon is known for, and made The Avengers such a joy back in 2012. Of course, the party is quickly ruined, but it’s good to know that the final film will match its epic tone with Whedon’s trademark wit. I mean, why else have him write and direct it then?

Nice to see Rhodey’s going to be in the movie too. You get that Avengers money, Don Cheadle!
