With two flavors for audiences young and old, it’s very clear that this R-rated take on the fourth-wall breaking hero will be heading straight for the crass humor. That said, it’s definitely the most delighted that Ryan Reynolds has appeared on screen in ages.
I’m hoping that the humor isn’t as simple and obvious throughout, but seeing how Deadpool interacts with other characters (like the WAY obscure pull of Negasonic Teenage Warhead!) gives me some hope. What say you, gentle reader?
