The surprisingly great Neighbors is getting a sequel this coming Summer, and the first trailer has arrived.

I was honestly shocked by how much I enjoyed 2014’s Neighbors, a raunchy comedy that had a heartfelt story about growing old wrapped with wacky adults vs. fraternity humor.

Smash cut to now, and we’re getting a sequel (because the first made a LOT of money.)

What’s different? Well, the antagonists are a sorority lead by ChloÁ« Grace Moretz now, and the married couple played by Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne (the first movie’s MVP) is being helped by Zac Efron this time (along with returning cast members Ike Barinholtz and Carla Gallo).

That said - this does actually look funny. Comedy sequels aren’t always a great idea, and more have failed than succeeded, but this might be a good time at the cinema. At the least, the trailer made me chuckle a few times (and hey! Hannibal Buress is back!).

OH - before I forget - that girl who looks like Jonah Hill’s sister? Actually Jonah Hill’s sister.

Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising hits theaters on May 20, 2016.
