New GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 Trailer Premieres!
Premiered last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live! (gotta love that Disney/Marvel/ABC synergy), we have what is, presumably, the final trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
Every glimpse of the movie we’ve taken in so far has been promising, but with the plot starting to finally be laid out in this trailer (although, there are plenty of secrets held), it’s looking like the sequel to what is arguably the best Marvel Studios film yet is deliving more of what we loved about this group of a-holes, while raising the stakes.
Star Lord, Gamora, Rocket, Drax and Groot (in toddler form!) are experiencing the same growing pains all familes do…with some new additions in tow, and what’s that? IS THAT STAR LORD’S DAD AT THE END?! (Kurt Russell, hell yes!)
I have full trust in James Gunn to deliver another great star-faring adventure, complete with a brilliant soundtrack - which this trailer confirms, will include Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain".
A new poster for the movie was released as well, and we’ve got it for you below.
So, listen up, a-holes! Be in theaters on May 5, 2017 for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
