Clever idea unveiled by Hasbro this year at Toy Fair, essentially making fan-requested items to order, as a psuedo-Kickstarter.

$500 is too rich for my blood (and I don’t have nearly the space nor collection anymore to justify it), but as they’re already 1200 backers deep into the 5000 they need, I think this is the beginning of something big for the toymaker.
