Yep, about half of the Nintendo press conference was covering Smash Bros., and it was glorious.

Short version of that 25 minute video:

  • The game contains every fighter ever from the Smash Bros. series.
  • New additions are the Inkling from Splatoon and Ridley from Metroid.
  • Eight player multiplayer is possible, with Gamecube controller compatibility worked in.
  • Hits shelves December 7, 2018.
