Entertainment Weekly Gives AQUAMAN The Cover, and Reveals Black Manta!
Ahoy there! This week’s EW cover story is on the highly anticipated stand-alone Aquaman movie starring Jason Momoa, who gives us one of our most intense (and soaking wet) cover photos ever. Below you’ll find Momoa’s cover plus a first-look cover revealing his costars Amber Heard (as Mera) and Nicole Kidman (as Queen Atlanna).

And here’s the first look at Black Manta:
Below is a first look photo at a cunning high-seas pirate and mercenary named David Kane* (The Get Downs Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) who you’ll meet in DC’s upcoming standalone Aquaman movie. Here you see him working on a prototype of his iconic super-suit, which famously blasts red plasma beams from his eyes.

Still looking good to me.
Momoa’s Aquaman has been a highlight of the DCEU so far, and hopefully, the movie is as great as Wonder Woman ended up being, despite the movies which came before it.
