Hellboy fans will have to wait a little longer to see the half-demon hero in theaters again.

The film’s release date has been pushed back to April 12, 2019, Summit Entertainment announced Wednesday. It previously had been set to open Jan. 11, 2019. The new date means Hellboy will open just one week after fellow superhero movie Shazam! from Warner Bros. and DC. That film opens April 5, 2019.

Hard to say if this is good news or bad news - could mean that they need more production time to fix issues with the film, or could prove that Summit feels as if it could compete in a more cramped release-period.
