The Wall Street Journal:

Nintendo Co. plans to release a new version of its Switch videogame console next year to maintain the sales momentum of the device, according to suppliers and others with direct knowledge of the plan.

No clear details, but given the way that Nintendo has refreshed the 3DS line over the years, this isn’t a huge shocks.

The three things which would make me pick up a new Switch:

• Better screen
• Better battery life
• Better ergonomics
