Filmed Version of Broadway Show Hamilton’ to Hit Disney+ on July 3, 2020
Disney+ and Lin Manuel Miranda broke the Internet this morning with a simple Tweet or two.
Originally scheduled for a theatrical release in Fall 2021, the streaming service and musical maestro surprised us all with today’s announcement.
The recorded version of the smash musical will instead be headed straight home on July 3 of this year, on the massively successful Disney+ platform.
That’s some good news for a Tuesday Morning.
