The worst kept secret in video gaming was finally confirmed today, as WB Games/Rocksteady have announced Batman: Return to Arkham, a single disc compilation of the PS3/Xbox 360-era Batman games, for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

The game will include remastered versions of Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City, plus all prior DLC, but it will NOT include Batman: Arkham Origins.
Presumably left out because it was designed by a team other than Rocksteady, I feel like losing Arkham Origins is the biggest miss of the collection, as it was a great game that was at times, disabled by slower hardware.  Oh well.
The compilation will hit store shelves on July 26, 2016.
