One of the most fun deep cable finds of last season was Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein‘s Portlandia.
A mini sketch show on IFC based around an equal mocking and appreciation of everyone’s favorite Pacific Northwest city, the first season was an absolute blast (and hit DVD and Blu-Ray this week, actually). Â While I wasn’t sure if the mixture of the SNL star and the legendary grrl rocker was going to work out, every episode was comedy gold. Â And apparently others felt the same, as season 2 starts on January 6th.
To get people excited, IFC has released a new preview clip from the next season, called simply “Dog Park”. Â I’ll let the video take over from there.
